DJ “RED”: the first DJ of USSR, the inventor of the first portable "Disco". He was awarded by silver medal by VDNKH (All-Soviet Achievements in National Economy) of USSR for it’s development and implementation. A participant of the cultural program of Olympic games - 80, in NTTM part. Education: Higher education in engineering. The first disco he conducted was in October, 1972. Disc-Jokey experience - 30 years. He has five inventions on equipment for DJs’ (see Photo 1-5). He has acquired a nickname "red" ("RED") after he played-back the voice L.I.Brezhnev (from a record) during a disco on the closing day of the Olympic games - 80. About this event he writes in his essay book "The memories of RED Disc-Jockey". |

Read "Brezhnev in a Discotheque." He is the author of the international project "Flight in Noah’s Ark" on the Ararat Mountain in a thermal balloon. He is a participant of the 1st international DJ-festival in Armenia in 2001. In 2001 he recorded a disc "Oh! Beautiful!", by using the historical old gramophone records with ethnic Armenian music (dudka) recorded and modern computer technologies. |

He plays music and mixes of non-standard styles, by using sound effects and constructed equipment. He is the founder of own DJ styles. Lives in Moscow. He is preparing for the jubilee program dedicated to 30 - years of beginning of disco movement in our country (2002). |
